Do You Offer A Warranty?

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship with a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials, stitching, or hardware for the reasonable lifetime use of the product. It does not cover normal wear and tear, leather aging, or lack of proper conditioning and care. If you experience an issue that you believe falls under the warranty, please send us pictures and details. If we determine it is a defect covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. You will only need to cover the shipping cost to send it back to us. For tips on properly maintaining and conditioning your leather goods to extend their lifespan, please refer to our leather care instructions below.

What is Your Hardware Quality and What Are You Limitations?

We use high-quality hardware like snaps, buckles, and fasteners from reputable suppliers. While we stand behind the functionality of this hardware, please note that finishes like black coatings may wear off over time with regular use. This is considered normal cosmetic wear and is not covered under our warranty. If you prefer hardware that will not experience finish wear, we recommend selecting solid stainless steel or brass options during customization.

What Are Production and Shipping Timelines Like?

For items available in our online store, you can expect shipping within 2-3 weeks of placing your order. Custom orders are completed in the sequence they are received. Once your design is finalized and payment is made, we will provide you with an estimated production timeline. Please note that this is an approximation and may be subject to change.

What Payments Methods Do You Accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, and e-Transfers. For customers in Canada, e-Transfers are the preferred method as they typically do not incur any fees from most banks.

Is There a Custom Order Payment Policy?

All custom orders require full payment upfront before production begins. There are no exceptions to this policy. Once your design is approved, we will send you an invoice to review and pay. This payment covers the cost of materials and labor, and confirms your commitment to the project.

How Do You Source Leather?

Our vegetable-tanned leathers are sourced from Thoroughbred Leather, a reputable supplier. Interior linings, wallet leathers, and chrome-tanned leathers are sourced from various high-quality suppliers worldwide. While we typically work with premium leathers, we can source different grades to accommodate a range of budgets upon request.

How Does Design Customization Work?

We specialize in bold, illustrative designs inspired by tattoo flash art and geometric stamped designs. However, we are open to working with you to create a design that best fits your personal style and taste. Please note that due to size limitations, some design details may need to be revised or omitted to fit the dimensions of your project. We will collaborate closely with you to develop a design you love.

What do You Recommend for Leather Care and Conditioning?

Vegetable-tanned leather is durable but requires proper care and conditioning to maintain its appearance and longevity. All our products leave the shop with a protective coating of oils and waxes, but these finishes can wear off over time. To recondition your goods, we recommend using our Victorymade Leather Balm or another high-quality leather dressing of your choice. If you have any questions or concerns about the best conditioning product for your item, please reach out to us directly. If your leather is seeing heavy use or appears dry, we advise conditioning it promptly. We can help you develop a care plan to keep your goods looking their best.

How Do You Work Within Budgets?

While our custom projects typically have an associated price range, we understand that budgets may vary. Depending on your needs, we can revise or modify certain designs to meet your desired budget, within reason. This is especially feasible if you prefer a more minimalistic look achieved by simplifying one of our existing designs. However, if the requested changes would significantly compromise the quality, function, or longevity of the item, we will notify you before proceeding. Our goal is to work closely with you to create a piece you love while ensuring it meets our high standards of craftsmanship and durability.
